Baby Shower #3

This past weekend, Eric and I traveled to Brackettville, Texas, to spend the weekend with some of the fam. We had a fun weekend seeing everyone, and we also had a shower while we were there! Before heading out of town, we had our two-week check-up at the doctor. Everything is still looking good. My BP was 120/73, I gained no weight, and Cora's heartbeat was great. We'll see him again next Friday for another quick check-up. My mom will be in town for that visit, so she is excited to get to hear her heartbeat. :)

Our shower was on Saturday. It was very lovely, and really fun because we were with some of Eric's family that we don't get to see often. They were incredibly generous - Cora got a lot of good stuff, including five HUGE boxes of diapers! We are so grateful to have so many people in our lives who care about us and about our little one. She is one lucky little girl with lots of people to love her! Below are some pictures from the shower.

The Exer-Saucer

I think it's obvious how much this little girl is loved already!

Kieran wanted to play in the exer-saucer! Good thing he got plenty of good stuff to play with at his birthday party later that day! :)

I also have another belly picture. It doesn't really show much difference from the previous pictures, but here it is anyway.

31 weeks, 1 day

My tummy has definitely grown since this picture. She is growing so much, and it becomes harder and harder each day for me to bend, etc. She seems to be much more active, as well. This is probably a result of her getting bigger and having less space in which to move, as well as me being less active throughout the day now that I'm not working. At any rate, it's fun to feel her moving around so much, although sometimes her kicking is a bit painful!
