Cora is changing daily. She is growing so fast! She is now wearing her 0-3 month clothes, which seems crazy to me because two weeks ago, they were falling off of her! I am anxious to go to the doctor on Tuesday to see how much weight she's gained. She is also doing a better job of focusing her eyes. She is going cross-eyed a lot less and seems to be able to focus on things longer. She responds to Daddy when he plays with her, which is really fun to see. :)
One of my favorite things about her are her funny faces. We can sit and stare at her and laugh for a good long time, especially when she's sleeping. She smiles often in her sleep, but she is also starting to laugh, which is really fun to see! I am still trying to capture her laughing on camera.
She continues to struggle with tummy problems. She is doing a million times better now that I'm off dairy, but she seems to have a daily struggle with gas. We are trying to troubleshoot to figure out what's causing it for her. Hopefully we will figure something out soon! Thankfully, it's not bad enough to have her screaming from the pain, but her discomfort is obvious.
All in all, we are doing well. We are adjusting to having a newborn in the house and all that it entails. We are getting settled into a fairly regular eating and sleeping schedule, which makes things a bit easier. This week will be our first week alone, just the three of us. Should be interesting!
Here are some pics from this past week:
